Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
What Happens After Refund
Once your refund is processed, access to the templates will be revoked. We kindly ask that you delete any downloaded files.
